6 Months

Our little one is 6 months! I cannot believe how fast it goes by! You think that the older they get the easier it will be and while that is true in some aspects in others it is not. Why, you ask? Because they move! A lot! 

Weight: 16 pound 4 ounces. 25th percentile

Height: 27 1/2 inches. 80th percentile (we have a very tall skinny boy and his pants are never long enough!)

Clothes: 6-9/12. He always grows out of his pj's first. Did anyone else have this problem?

Diapers: Size 2

Food: Eating puréed foods but wants everything. So far he probably likes carrots best.

Movement: It's amazing how much babies can actually move even though they can't crawl. Dax can inch, roll, army crawl anywhere he wants and pretty fast at that. So now starts the baby proofing of the house. I was not counting of that so quickly!

Sleeping: Sleep? What does that mean? Just kidding it's not too bad. Sometimes he will wake up 3-4 times a night, sometimes once a night but most often it's twice a night. But he usually goes back to sleep pretty quickly. He naps 2-3 times a day, anywhere from an hour to two hours.
Teeth: No teeth yet but he is drooling like crazy!

We went swimming and sticking true to the first child being spoiled we bought him this floaty. We justified it by saying it was his 6 month old birthday present :). Needles to say he loved it! He kicked around like crazy.

Just relaxing :)

Then we took him out so he could splash daddy back, that was the most fun of all! He could not stop splashing and it has continued to the bathtub.
